MYHSM’s Board of Directors and Leadership Team represent a wealth of payment HSM expertise and experience.
An innovator in the IT industry for over 20 years initially developing one of the world’s first electronic top up platforms for prepay mobile phones. Justin has completed projects with Telco’s around the world and in 2002 Justin co-founded eNett International, a multi-billion dollar payment processing company, today considered the world leader in the travel payments sector. Justin founded MYPINPAD in 2012 with a vision to remove the reliance on hardware to accept card payments by developing PIN on Mobile solutions. He subsequently founded MYHSM in 2018 following the exact same principles: removing the reliance on hardware to securely process electronic payments.
Colin has over 30 years’ experience in executive leadership roles within technology giants such as NCR, Intel, and Dell. For the past 13 years, Colin worked at Apple, where he most recently led the US channel retail business. Colin has a wealth of experience in retail leadership, country management, strategic planning, and the introduction of category defining technologies to markets across Europe, Asia and the US.
With over 30-years’ experience in the tech industry, John has joined MYHSM from his previous position as Global Head of Business Development at nCipher, a cryptographic solution provider and hardware security module (HSM) specialist, and formerly part of Thales e-Security.
John has been instrumental in establishing nCipher’s Global Technology Partner Program, allowing the company’s industry-leading cyber security techniques to be deployed in market verticals such as eIDAS, smart metering, and mobile payments. Prior to this, John worked in industries ranging from engineering, telecommunications and networking, holding senior global roles in organisations such as Cabletron, STC and Thales.
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience as an engineer both in the payments space and beyond. Beginning his career in electronics, designing automotive engine management systems, he soon progressed into the payment software space, developing operating systems at Verifone.
As one of the founder members and CTO at Chip & PIN mPOS specialist Miura Systems, Andrew designed the Miura electronic and security platform and built the development team from scratch, helping to grow the business from a standing start into a global leader in its field.
With over 30-years’ experience in supporting commercial teams, David has joined MYHSM from his previous position as Business Change Consultant at Thales UK, where he was instrumental in implementing process and working practice changes within the UK and globally. Prior to MYHSM David provided operational and financial support within the Technology and FMCG industries working for companies such as Thales, Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Cadburys and Yardley.
Global Head of Sales
Darren Busby brings with him over 21 years’ experience in the payments industry across the EMEA region, having worked for a range of leading banking and electronic payment solutions companies including CR2, S2 Systems, ACI and FIS. Prior to joining MYHSM, Darren was the Associate Vice President & Business Development Director at Compass Plus where he was responsible for the Company’s strategic business development in Europe.
Head of HR
Sally has over 25 years experience of working in HR across multiple sectors including Telecoms and Finance. As a graduate in Psychology and an Executive Coach, Sally has worked with SME’s and multinational corporations. She brings a wealth of experience in partnering senior leaders and in managing projects across all organisational requirements.
Head of Legal
Kathryn joined the company in March 2018 and holds responsibility for all legal matters affecting each of the Licentia Group Ltd group entities. Of Kathryn’s 20+ years of professional legal experience, 15 have been served in the financial services sector, specifically, in the areas of fintech, banking and professional services, with the majority of the roles held being in-house counsel leadership positions. Notably, Kathryn headed up the EMEA legal team for Omgeo Limited, a post-trade pre-settlement services provider for up to 6,500 global financial institutions and a joint venture of DTCC and Thomson Reuters. Kathryn qualified as a solicitor and barrister in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Queensland and a post graduate diploma from the College of Law, Sydney.
